Valerie Miles has over 32 years of full time experience in the Real Estate industry. Beginning her Real Estate Career as an On-Site Sales Agent in a Residential Community working with New Construction. This was where her foundation started, and the education began. Valerie says having that foundation, allows her and her family, even to this day reap the harvest of those early days. Why? Because of those relationships and seeds that were planted way back then!

Fairly early in her career Valerie became very active in not only her Community but also with Huntsville Area Association of Realtors. It is here where not only did she see her business flourish she also experienced an abundance of blessings in her personal life also.

Valerie believes serving and giving back to the community is one of the most important things one can do. Some of the many ways she has been involved through the years are serving in her Church, on the City of Madison Girls Softball League, being a Team Leader for March of Dimes, raising funds for United Way, working Phone Banks for Elections, working to raise funds for “Phone Cards for Soldiers”, serving on the Community Engagement Committee and Working on Habitat House....all of these were and are ways to give back to the community and others.

You can also see her passion for the Real Estate Industry and Realtors by her involvement with Huntsville Board of Realtors. She is currently serving as the 2018 Past President of Huntsville Board of Realtors and has served or is currently serving in some of the following ways: 2017 Incoming President of Huntsville Board of Realtors, 2016 President of MLS, Budget & Finance Committee, Realtor in Action Committee, Faithful Investor in ARPAC (which is the political committee that works to insure we endorse Political Candidates that believe in and vote accordingly to protect Individual Property Rights) and has been a ARPAC Major Investor for over 10 years, Bylaws Committee, Realtor Expo, Member of the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association and Sales and Marketing.

Valerie prides herself as staying informed, involved and forward thinking. This was evident as she chaired the Syndication Committee when HAAR was recognized Nationally as leading the way for other MLS’s around the
country. We were the first to cut off syndication to Third Party Sites and Huntsville became the first MLS to have them enter into contracts for our data and self-syndicate and now many others have followed our lead!

She believes in constantly working on professional development and designations. She holds her ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative, CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute, ePro - Internet Professional Certification, Recipient of the 2012 – Realtor of the Year, 2009 – Graduate AAR Leadership, 2011 – Graduate Leadership Huntsville/Madison County – L25, 2018 - Graduate AAR Leadership Valerie loves teaching, training, encouraging, supporting and working alongside agents. She is passionate about the Real Estate Industry, passionate about Real Estate being elevated in Professionalism and she truly enjoys celebrating the successes of others and working to help them reach their goals!
